West in berm passing in front of Boardwalk Realty today. West end berm construction expected to be completed by end of this week. If all goes as planned, we are told by project workers that they intend to begin moving the pipe as soon as work is completed, which would allow new walkovers to be built in the areas east of the 2400 block of Bienville.
