Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, smooth top stove with double oven, stainless appliances and granite countertops. Ceramic tile floors on main floor and beautiful wood flooring in kids room.

For your convenience Cross Winds has high speed internet (DSL with wireless), full sized washer and dryer, 3 cable TV's, 3 DVD players, 1 VCR, charcoal grill, large covered deck on Gulf side of home and open deck on canal side and parking under home. Cross Winds is pet friendly ($100 non refundable fee per pet).

No smoking & BBQ grill is not provided.
