After a fun day at the beach, curl up in the cozy living area and watch the sun set, enjoy the electric fireplace or check out the available shows on Xfinity cable. An assortment of DVD’s, books and board games are also available for your entertainment.

Watch the waves roll in while preparing delicious meals for your family in the well-equipped kitchen that is equipped with an automatic drip coffee maker with Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender, crockpot, ceramic cooktop, oven, garbage disposal and refrigerator with ice maker and water and ice dispenser in the door. Island Breeze sleeps 8 to 10 with three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with full private bathrooms. A laundry area with full sized washer and dryer is located off the main hall and a bonus half bath is located near the living area for your convenience.

The northeast master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, Xfinity, DVD player, ceiling fan and comfortable seating. The attached master bath has a double vanity, large soaking tub with bay view and separate shower. A private door from the master bath leads out to the East deck where couples can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while the morning sun rises. The blue north bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, Xfinity, DVD player, ceiling fan and comfortable seating. The attached private bath is equipped with a combination tub with shower and double vanity. The northwest yellow bedroom is equipped with one queen bed and one set of bunks with a full-sized mattress on top and bottom. Please note the top bunk has a 150-pound weight limit. This youngster friendly room is also equipped with Xfinity, DVD player, VCR and has an attached private bath. This full bath has a combination shower and tub.

Enjoy the sounds of the surf and the waterfront views as you relax on the decks that wrap around the east, south and west sides of the home. The east deck has an open area with seating for four and a convenient beach toy storage bin. The south side of the east deck has a large covered area with an additional table for four and various additional seating. The large south deck stretches across the beachfront exterior of Island Breeze and is equipped with multiple deck and lounge chairs perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The west facing deck is open and covered. Available under the home you’ll love the hanging swing, bonus fish and shell cleaning station and the two outdoor showers that are located on the west and east stair landings. A charcoal grill is provided for your enjoyment and Island Breeze has gates at both sets of entry stairs for your convenience.

Occupancy is limited to 9, with a maximum of 7 guests over the age of 12. Private driveway with maximum parking 4 small vehicles or reduce parking to 3 if vehicles are large size trucks or SUV's.
