Sol-A-Mar is a large, beautiful, Bayfront home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is located on the Island’s West End with beautiful views of its private north beachfront, a boat dock, large open and covered decks, an outdoor shower and more! The covered boat dock with its hanging swing is a lovely place to spend time relaxing with your family while fishing, swimming or watching the gorgeous Island sunsets that make Dauphin Island Alabama’s Sunset Capital. Sol-A Mar is also conveniently located for easy Gulf Beach access for those guests who enjoy the surf and strolls along the Island shoreline. Enjoy all the comforts of home with 6 TV's with streaming (1 TV in each bedroom plus a 55" Smart TV in the living area), free digital Wi-Fi, CD Player/Stereo and Boat Dock.
The well-equipped kitchen includes new appliances plus coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. The large master bedroom is located on the first floor of this large two-story home and is equipped with a King-sized bed and a large private full bathroom. The first-floor southeast bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and the southwest bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed. Both of these bedrooms are conveniently located near the first-floor hall full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a third full bath are located on the second floor of Sol-A- Mar. The south second floor bedroom is equipped with 2 Queens. The large waterfront north bedroom has a King-sized bed.
All of the bedrooms are equipped with streaming TV and Sol-A-Mar comes fully stocked with linens and bathroom towels for your convenience.
