The Pour House has a large open beachfront deck for relaxing in the sunshine, enjoying the Island breeze, and spending time with the people you love. Enjoy the interior comforts of The Pour House - spacious open plan living area, dining area with additional kitchen island seating, well-designed kitchen layout with ample storage space, four large bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a King bed for maximum comfort, and the fourth has a roomy full-top/full-bottom bunk bed. You can enjoy the gulf beachfront view from two south-facing King bedrooms. The southwest primary bedroom has a private full bath with a double vanity. The second full bathroom is located in the east hallway, easily accessible from the King bedrooms on either side and the common living area. For your entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen smart tvs.

Amenities include central heat/air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, microwave, 5 smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, full-size washer and dryer, private beach walkway and an open and covered Gulf front deck. Covered entry stairs are also available from underneath the home for your convenience.

Audubon Place community policies and procedures:
- No RVs or campers are allowed in Audubon Place.
- No parties or events. Maximum occupancy is limited to 10, with 8 adults at maximum.
- There is no parking on the street; all vehicles must park in the driveway.
- Gate entry cards are provided for two vehicles at check-in.
- Outdoor trash receptacles should be returned under home after pick up.
- Follow any additional Town of Dauphin Island Good Neighbor policy or Boardwalk Realty property guidelines.
