Somewhere at Sunset has a spacious open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling in the great room where you can relax with the incredible view, electric fireplace, large flat screen smart TV with Live TV, or log in to stream your favorite content from your streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi.  

The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with lovely quartz countertops, custom cabinets, a farm sink with a pot filler, a dual fuel range with an electric oven and gas cooktop, a walk-in pantry, and a large kitchen island.  The fully equipped kitchen has all your dishware, glassware, and cookware, plus a Keurig Duo coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, and the refrigerator has a built-in ice maker.  The grill master in your family will enjoy cooking outdoors on the gas grill.  The dining table seats six and there is additional seating for five at the nearby kitchen island or dine outdoors at the north or south deck waterview deck tables. Enjoy family meals together talking and relaxing as the sunset sky fills your view with brilliant colors.

The primary bedroom has an incredible waterfront view, a King bed, a smart TV, laptop desk, a private bathroom, and French doors that open onto the waterfront-covered deck.  The attached primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large farm sink with two faucets.

The second and third bedrooms each have two sets of built-in bunk beds, including a Queen/Twin Bunk and a Twin/Twin Bunk in each room.  These two bedrooms share the second full bath located between the two bedrooms.
