These Are the Days is a large two-story Gulf Beachfront home located on a large 100-foot-wide Gulf front lot. The home has approximately 750 sq feet of covered and open decks on the Gulf and Bay sides of the home. Great for large families, “These are the Days” has 3,100 square feet of living space with 9-foot ceilings and lots of windows through which to watch the waves.
The main floor features wood flooring with ceramic tile bathrooms. The large kitchen has ample Granite countertop prep space, lots of storage space, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and automatic drip coffee maker. Family dinners or game nights are a breeze at the large dining table with additional seating at nearby kitchen bar. For your convenience a half bath is located near the main floor entry.
“These are the Days” has five spacious bedrooms, with the large master bedroom located on the first floor. The first-floor master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, cable TV and private full bath with shower. Four additional bedrooms are located on the second floor on the East and West sides of the home with Jack & Jill baths (a half bath is attached to each bedroom with shared shower/tub bathing facilities in between). Also located on the second floor is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, bonus seating area with cable TV and an additional covered Gulf front deck. Linens are provided and the home is also equipped with free Wi-Fi!

**Large Group? Check out "Days Like This" which is the companion home to "These Are The Days" and is located just across the street. Days Like This is located directly across Bienville Blvd from These Are The Days and is a 5 bedroom/5 bath that sleeps 14 with a private pool. Days Like This does have beach access - guests can access the beachfront by crossing Bienville Blvd and following the path to the east of These Are The Days. Rent both homes and sleep 29 guests combined. **

These are the Days does participate in the Snowbird Monthly Rental Program, call our office for pricing and details. Rentals are by Calendar month, participating months are limited to January and February.

We had a fabulous stay at “These are the days.” The view and location of the house was perfect for our family vacation with 4 kids (0-4 years old). There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with a jack n Jill bathroom between the two and that was great for us. Kitchen had everything that we needed - we cooked several days and even baked! This was our first time to Dauphin Island and we will definitely be back. If you haven’t been before, go!! I do advise you to do your grocery shopping before you get on the island as the options are limited. There are some great restaurants (lighthouse bakery, islanders, and pirates) and for dinner most take reservations which I would recommend! Overall fabulous trip.
